We're looking for a talented and data-driven Paid Media Marketer to join our team. As a key player in our growth, you will strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns to drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, etc.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: A/B testing and funnel optimization to maximize ROAS and improve conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets, making real-time adjustments based on performance insights.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, new ad formats, and platform changes to keep strategies competitive and fresh.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in paid media marketing with proven campaign results.
  • Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok; familiar with analytics tools and data optimization.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, etc.
