Media Executive

ROLI is looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing team and help build and optimise our Paid Social Media Campaigns. This is a freelance role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in the exciting world of music tech, an industry that blends creativity and innovation to shape the future of sound.

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Paid Media Executive to join our team and help us grow our business. This role is based within our Growth/Performance Marketing team, providing marketing support in terms of Campaign deployment and optimizations and SEO activity.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of Paid Social and Paid Search Experience, looking to take the next step in their career. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a keen interest in the music tech industry, this freelance position provides the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build Campaigns in each platform, using defined naming conventions, UTM parameters, and audiences as defined by the Growth Marketing Lead.
  2. Monitor and optimise at the campaign, ad set, and ad level to achieve the KPIs defined.
  3. Report on campaign, ad set, country, and ad performance as required.
  4. Perform basic SEO tasks such as updating Alt text and carrying out basic audits.

  1. META
  2. Reddit
  3. Pinterest
  4. Google Ads - Pmax, YouTube and Search and Display
  5. TikTok
  6. Microsoft

In Addition, Other Responsibilities Will Include

  1. SEO optimisation and keyword research and alt text/metadata copy
  2. Digital Asset Management - maintaining and filing our creative assets using DASH

Requirements

We require experience primarily in setting up and optimizing Paid Social Campaigns, and a solid understanding of the KPIs associated with them. Experience specifically in META and Google is ideal. Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok and Microsoft Ads will be a bonus.

  1. 2 years of campaign build and optimization experience in Paid Social Platforms.
  2. Start-up mentality: be proactive, collaborate, and think outside the box.
  3. Demonstrable Digital Marketing experience, specifically Paid Social.
  4. META + at least 2 of the following: Pinterest, Reddit, Microsoft, Google, TikTok.

Bonus Points

  1. Agency experience or D2C startup background
  2. Emerging Paid Social platform experience; TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest
  3. An interest in Music or Music Technology
  4. Web Analytics experience (GA4)
  5. SEO experience
