Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Paid Media Executive to join our team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on global campaigns across programmatic media and Meta ads for our clients, all while collaborating with multiple teams in an exciting, fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in executing and optimizing campaigns, compiling reports, and supporting the team in ensuring timely and successful delivery for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Media Campaigns: Execute and optimize programmatic media campaigns across various platforms for clients globally.
Meta Ads Campaigns: Manage the execution and optimization of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, driving results for our clients.
Campaign Reporting: Collate and deliver regular performance reports for clients, providing key insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Support Ad Ops Team: Assist the ad operations team with operational tasks such as ad trafficking and ensuring smooth campaign execution.
Media Planning Support: Provide assistance in media planning and strategy for new client campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Client Liaison: Work closely with the client services teams to ensure effective communication and ongoing project management of campaigns.
Key Measures For Success
Clean Campaign Set-Up: Ensure campaigns are set up following best practice guidelines for each platform with no errors, ensuring smooth launches.
On-Time Campaign Launches: Meet deadlines for campaign launches and ensure all tasks are delivered on time, maintaining a high level of reliability.
Effective Optimization: Carry out optimizations as per campaign guidelines to ensure maximum performance, continuously improving campaign efficiency.
Commercial Focus: Demonstrate a keen eye for commercial revenue generation, ensuring adherence to campaign trading guidelines.
Campaign Deliverables: Ensure full delivery of campaign targets such as impressions and video views as outlined in media plans.
Qualifications & Skills
Recent graduate with a keen interest in digital marketing and paid media.
Experience or exposure to programmatic media, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), or similar platforms is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in campaign setup and execution.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
