Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement holistic digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Amazon.
- Hands-On Platform Expertise: Directly manage campaigns, provide live shadowing for team training, and ensure best practices across all platforms.
- TikTok Shops Management: Oversee the UK TikTok platform to achieve sales targets through compelling content and advertising.
- Performance Meets Brand Building: Balance reach, frequency, and engagement strategies to drive brand visibility while meeting performance goals across paid, owned, and earned media.
- B2B & E-Retail Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to boost brand visibility, traffic, and sales across channels.
- Amazon Advertising Strategy: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Director and Amazon team to deliver innovative ad strategies.
- Social Media Oversight: Manage the brand’s presence on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Content Creation: Partner with internal teams and agencies to produce and distribute engaging digital content.
- Influencer Strategy: Define and execute influencer strategies across organic, paid, and affiliate channels.
- Analytics Proficiency: Utilise tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI to create dashboards, analyse performance data, and optimise campaigns.
- Budget Optimisation: Strategically allocate and manage budgets to maximise ROI, meeting or exceeding KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Expertise: Experience crafting and delivering impactful digital strategies for luxury brands, ideally in beauty or hair care.
- Deep Channel Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Familiarity with GDPR compliance and shop/web splits is advantageous.
- Agency Experience Preferred: Candidates with agency backgrounds are highly valued for their hands-on campaign implementation experience, particularly in managing budgets, optimising ads, and delivering results for beauty or luxury brands.
- Analytics Strength: Proficiency in Google Analytics and PowerBI, with a focus on creating actionable insights and performance dashboards.
- Resourcefulness: A track record of outperforming competitors, even with tighter budgets.
- Strategic Leadership: A collaborative approach to mentoring and leading teams, ensuring platform optimisation through coaching and shadowing.
- Influencer Alignment: Ability to integrate influencer strategies seamlessly with campaign objectives and KPIs, leveraging both organic and paid partnerships.
- Agency and Client-Side Experience: A versatile perspective gained from working with beauty or luxury clients on both the agency and client side is a plus.
