An established industry player is seeking a dedicated paediatric nurse to join their team. This role involves conducting thorough pre-assessments for children undergoing surgery, ensuring their needs are met through personalized care. The post holder will be able to undertake both quality telephone and face-to-face child centric pre-assessment for children aged from 6 months to 16 years having operations or procedures under general anaesthetic as well as supporting all children and young people undergoing operations or procedures Trust wide.
The service consists of nurse led clinics, as well as clinical time spent across main theatres, DSU, outpatient areas and Rudham Ward to support children and young people as well as families.
