What You'll Do:

1. Deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs as a Paediatric Nurse
2. Lead shifts in the absence of Senior Nurses
3. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams
4. Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals
5. Participate in audits, research, and service development initiatives

What You Need:

1. Registered Nurse qualification (RCN / RGN / RNLD)
2. Experience working with children and young people with complex health needs
3. Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience (preferred)
4. Holistic approach with strong communication skills
