Paediatric / LAC Nurse (Eastbourne) - 2 Days/Week - £250/Day
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £250 per day
Hours: 2 days per week

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric or Looked After Children (LAC) Nurse with a passion for making a difference? SuperCare is seeking a skilled nurse to join our team, working within our residential children's homes in Eastbourne.

The Role
As our Paediatric/LAC Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional health of our children and young people. You'll work closely with our care team, therapists, and external health professionals to ensure consistent and appropriate care is delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting health assessments and maintaining care plans
  2. Supporting medication management and medical appointments
  3. Providing clinical guidance to staff
  4. Liaising with social workers, GPs, and CAMHS
  5. Advocating for young people's health needs

What We're Looking For

  1. Registered Nurse (Paediatric or equivalent)
  2. Experience working with children and young people in care, especially those with challenging behaviours and complex needs
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  4. Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for improving young lives

Details

  1. Part-Time: 2 days per week
