Paediatric Clinical Lead

We're partnering with a leading complex care provider, known for delivering exceptional, child-focused care in the community. With a strong reputation and continued growth in Hertfordshire, they're looking for a skilled Paediatric Clinical Lead to join their compassionate, close-knit team.

About the Role:

As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you'll support children with complex medical needs in their homes, working closely with families and a team of carers. You'll design and oversee personalised care plans, ensure clinical excellence, and act as a key point of contact for professionals across the care network.

What You'll Need:

1. RSCN (Registered Children's Nurse) with an active NMC PIN
2. Minimum 18 months' UK paediatric nursing experience
3. Up-to-date skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care (within last 2 years)
4. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
5. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
6. Full UK driving licence (essential)

What You'll Get:

2. £3,000 annual car allowance + 45p/mile travel reimbursement
