1. Excellent communication skills
2. HDU, PICU, NICU, Complex Care experience
3. Vents and Tracheostomy experience
4. Strong organisational skills, including risk management
5. Computer literate, able to prioritise and deliver results
6. Must be a registered children's nurse
7. 5 years paediatric experience with 3 years within either ITU/NICU/PICU, complex care or community

1. Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards
2. To play a role in the continuous development of the company
3. To provide a professional service to the company
4. To provide expertise on all paediatric clinical issues
5. Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our paediatric care packages
6. Clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants
7. Ensuring that clients, families, and carers remain central to services
8. Ensuring a high-level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
9. Participate with on call on a rota basis

1. Registered Children Nurse - Paediatric Branch/ RSCN/ RCN
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Minimum of 5 years post registration nursing experience
4. Management experience/qualification preferable
