Independent Non-Executive Director & Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee
The Board is seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director with specific expertise in finance. The role will be a Board director of Paddle UK and Chair the Finance & Audit Committee.

The role requires attendance at five Board meetings annually, participation in Board committees as agreed, and occasional attendance at events to represent Paddle UK.

The Finance and Audit Committee provide oversight and scrutiny of budgeting, financial policies, procedures, and controls, as well as support the preparation and presentation of year-end accounts.

The person will hold a recognised accountancy qualification from either the ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA or CIPFA with significant, current or recent experience in finance, senior management and ideally previous Board experience.
