Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating shifts: 6.00am - 2.00pm | 2.00pm - 10.00pm | 10.00pm - 6.00am

Pay: £12.67ph | £14.57ph for Nightshift

Location: NN17 5BB - Free Parking

Due to company expansion, an opening to join a well-established company within their production department based in Corby, Northamptonshire as a Packer has arisen. We are looking for a Packer who possesses previous experience working within a fast-paced packing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Packing products efficiently and accurately ready for dispatch.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging.
• Complete relevant paperwork to company standards.
• Follow company Health and Safety procedures ensuring that these are always adhered to.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Palletise boxes to quality standards.
• Identify and communicate any issues or challenges related to the packing process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

We expect the successful Packer to possess previous experience in a similar role, be an excellent communicator, and a real team player who enjoys being part of a busy team. You will be supported one-on-one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within a busy fast-paced packing environment. As the successful Packer, you will have the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
