Reporting to the head of innovation, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new packaging concepts in line with and ahead of current and future recycle and sustainable trends.
Managing existing legislation to ensure compliance with customer codes of practice whilst ensuring that the solutions you recommend are fit for purpose and provide competitive advantage to the business.
Operating with autonomy whilst being part of a close working team is key in this role, so sharing and development of concepts will be a key part of the role.
While you may not necessarily have exposure to all these in your career, training can be provided; you will have the aptitude to create exciting new packaging ideas and lead the development of new concepts to launch.
With 3-5 years’ experience in a packaging environment, this will provide an opportunity to develop your career and lead to future promotion if appropriate.
