We are seeking a Senior Packaging Operative to take the lead on the bottling line and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the bottling line, ensuring production runs efficiently and safely.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the bottling process.
3. Occasionally assist with the drink production process, helping to create premium beverages.
4. Maintain high levels of quality control and hygiene standards.
5. Work collaboratively with a passionate, dynamic team to meet production goals.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience in a packaging or production role, ideally in a drinks manufacturing environment.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive operational success.
3. Proactive, hands-on, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, growing business.
4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to product quality.
