Project Manager – Packaging Graphics

About the Role: We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless project execution by working closely with our Project Management team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, supporting offshore teams, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing projects, ensuring client processes are followed accurately.
• Organizing your daily workload to meet project deadlines.
• Assisting offshore teams by reviewing and clarifying briefs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Keeping project timelines up to date and tracking all stages of the critical path.
• Resolving any unclear comments before proceeding with artwork amendments.
• Maintaining data integrity and updating project information within internal systems.
• Briefing artwork into the studio ensuring clarity and completeness of all required elements.
• Staying up to date with key tools and systems
• Providing general administrative support to the Project Management team as needed.
