As a global organization committed to innovation and excellence, we are expanding our in-house design team and are currently seeking a driven Creative Packaging Designer to join us.

Position Summary

Are you a Creative Packaging Designer with a proven track record of producing standout, on-brand solutions? In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—balancing innovative design with practical requirements and market trends. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the look and feel of our products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and directly influence product appeal and company growth.

The Role

• We have a fantastic opportunity for a Middleweight Fragrance & Beauty, Product & Packaging Designer with 3 to 4 years + experience to join us.
• You will use your creativity and expertise identifying trends within the market to produce commercial and trend-led designs a range of fragrance and beauty brands
• This role requires a sharp understanding of specific retailer requirements as you will be producing artworks tailored for a range of different customers and leading retailers.
• Having excellent cutter guide / net, packaging, typography, and artworking skills, you will also have a comprehensive understanding of Adobe Suite and accomplished 2D/ 3D modelling skills for presentations
• We’re a leading fragrance & beauty manufacturer based in Canvey, Essex. Our team focus on what we’re good at – packaging and product design for a range of brands
• Designing and developing concepts for new fragrance and beauty products to meet client requirements
• Creating 2D / 3D visuals for new and conceptual products
• Creating artwork for products and packaging, ensuring accuracy and high-quality standards
• Creating visually appealing customer presentations and graphics for new and conceptual products to support sales pitches
• Trend & NPD research

The Candidate

• Proficient in Adobe suite specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on Mac’s
• Able to come up with big ideas that are new and engaging
• Skilled in creating / using cutter guides
• Extensive experience in packaging design, including the incorporation of back-of-pack information, hazard warnings, and barcodes
• Strong layout skills and the ability to create appealing artwork compositions with the understanding of branding/ designing products to low/middle and high-end markets
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all design work
• Efficient and fast working, delivering high-quality results within given timeframes
• Enthusiastic and passionate about product design, displaying a genuine interest in the field with strong brand awareness
• Adaptive to changing project requirements and open to incorporating feedback and suggestions with a can - do attitude
• A positive can-do manner that demonstrates a strong work ethic, consistently working hard and diligently
• Possesses excellent teamwork skills, effectively collaborating with colleagues and suppliers to achieve project goals
• And importantly, a person who is fun to be around (we’re a small close knit design team that feels more like a family)
