Packaging Administrator

This department is responsible for designing, developing, and testing packaging solutions, ensuring products are packaged safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and coordination support with a large focus on assisting with documentation, project tracking, and communication to ensure the smooth execution of packaging-related projects.

Tasks will include:

  1. Updating project records, ensuring accurate documentation of specifications and timelines.
  2. Working with a variety of internal systems including customer portals.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings and distribute key updates.
  4. Organise and maintain packaging samples and related documentation.
  5. Ensure all documentation, including specifications and artwork approvals, are stored correctly.
  6. Closely working with suppliers and internal teams to gather data.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
