PA to Headteacher. Job in Birmingham Education & Training Jobs

PA to Headteacher South Birmingham £25,000 - £30,000 p/a - term time. Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a school in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham. They are looking for a PA to Headteacher to support with operational efficiency and diary/inbox management.

Duties for PA to Headteacher include (but are not limited to):

1. Co-ordinate, manage, and prioritise the Headteacher's diary and professional appointments.
2. Preparation of any letters or reports on behalf of the Headteacher.
3. Liaise with governors effectively, dealing with correspondence.
4. Ensure any policy changes are updated on school systems and communicated properly.
5. Provide full administrative support, taking minutes and action points in key meetings.

The successful person will have:

1. Experience within the education industry.
2. 2+ years as a PA in a busy, fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to work proactively to optimise efficiency.
4. Organised individual who can communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
5. Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week.
