An established industry player is seeking a proactive and organized PA to support the CEO and Directors of a dynamic family enterprise. This role is pivotal in managing schedules, communications, and logistics, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, a knack for diary management, and a positive demeanor. This is an interesting and busy role supporting a charming CEO and the Directors of an owner-managed family enterprise with a diverse and successful portfolio of interests including hospitality, hotels, restaurants, property, and investments. You will be the right hand to the CEO and Directors and liaise with various staff members across the UK and London daily. You will be immersed in this growing company with deep roots.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced PA/EA to senior level, preferably with a background in property or hospitality, but all backgrounds will be considered. You must be able to commute and commit to 5 days per week in the office covering the core hours. Top English skills, both written and spoken, are essential, along with the ability to draft correspondence and emails, take calls politely and helpfully, manage an extremely busy diary, and follow up with reminders and important deadlines.
You should be a positive and happy individual with integrity, as trust is a huge part of the role. You will support the boss with some personal work when required, meet and greet clients, and meet deadlines without fluster. A measured and polite personality is ideal, and a sense of humor is vital!
Daily responsibilities will include managing diaries, scheduling appointments, maximizing time, and responding to conflicts with ease. You will arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics, manage email and wider communications—including drafting and responding on your executive's behalf—prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required, coordinate meetings, host and gatekeep as necessary, create meeting agendas, take minutes, schedule follow-ups, conduct reporting, research, and much more. On the personal side, you will assist with scheduling restaurants, personal appointments, making payments, and helping with personal events as needed.
As an extension of the executive team, you will keep things moving, be one step ahead, and thrive long-term.
