Job Description

• Provide comprehensive PA support to the Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Admissions Officer
• Manage complex diaries, arrange meetings and international travel
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Support the marketing and admissions teams as required
• Assist in the planning and organisation of events
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA to Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Admissions Officer should have:

• Proven PA or EA experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
