The Goodstuff PA & Office Assistant is a pivotal role at the agency. As a junior PA to two members of the C-suite, they will be organised and proactive, doing all they can to ensure their working lives run as smoothly as possible.

The PA & Office Assistant is expected to develop strong Goodstuffer relationships in order to support the smooth and seamless running of the agency. They will be based in the agency full time and will report into the agency EA.

The right candidate will have enthusiasm and emotional intelligence in abundance as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and exciting agency environment. They are able to remain calm under pressure, are always willing to lend a helping hand and enjoy building relationships with those around them. Responsibilities include:
  1. Full diary management including arranging client and internal meetings
  2. Providing daily schedules a day in advance for the CEO with full itinerary for the next day
  3. Timely completion of expenses and timesheets on behalf of the CEO and CIO
  4. Acting as the point of contact for Goodstuffers, clients, media owners and other external partners
  5. Undertake research on new clients and provide the information to the CEO in prep for meetings
  6. Travel booking where required
  7. Answering general Goodstuff comms, including main switchboard, general enquiries mailbox
  8. Ensuring that the office area is immaculate at all times
  9. Setting up refreshments for agency events, training and Board meetings, ensuring high quality provisions and presentation of refreshments
  10. Ensuring music is playing from 9am each morning and throughout the day
  11. Ensuring external maintenance supplies for agency coffee machines are available
  12. Being a source of information for the agency (from how to connect to screens in meetings rooms to logging office issues)
  13. Full admin support to the agency EA
  14. Ad hoc office project support

The requirements
  1. Previous experience working within an office (ideally agency) environment
  2. Ability to meaningful build relationships
  3. Ability to multi-task and work at pace
  4. Goes above and beyond in their work
  5. Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  6. Demonstration emotional intelligence
  7. Proactive can-do attitude
  8. Organised with good attention to detail
  9. Ability to think around problems and get to inventive solutions
  10. A desire to learn and develop in this role
