Our client has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated PA/Legal Secretary to join their well-established Trusts & Estates Team. As a PA/Legal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to their busy team, ensuring unparalleled levels of client service. The position is office-based.

This role is crucial to the success of their experienced team who have a demanding workload. This means that you must be able to handle pressure and be able to prioritise your daily workload.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team player
  2. Exceptional secretarial skills including diary management via Outlook
  3. Preparation & sending of the initial letters on straightforward estate matters
  4. Meticulous administrative & attention to detail. Admin to include filing, photocopying & scanning
  5. Precise typing skills (via digital audio – Diktamen)
  6. Case Management experience, opening files and ensuring due diligence and file compliance is completed. Billing on fixed fee matters, closing down & archiving files.
  7. Accurate presentation of work
  8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Additional Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a legal Trusts & Estates environment would be advantageous
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  3. Professional, empathetic and attentive telephone manner, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
  4. Capability to handle pressure and effectively prioritise tasks whilst managing the workload for several Fee Earners
