Job Description

Our client, an impressive start up within the energy sector, are seeking a proactive PA and Office Manager to support their small and friendly team of 8 people. Based in their beautiful offices in St James, you will be the sole support and the go-to person to ensure the smooth running of the four Directors' diaries and business operations. A firm that truly values their employees, they have monthly Michelin star dinners, Friday drinks and yearly summer trips.

The role itself:

  1. Diary management and meeting co-ordination.
  2. International travel – assisting in planning and pulling together itineraries.
  3. Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners.
  4. Office management.
  5. IT support.
  6. Ad-hoc special projects.

The ideal candidate must be a natural communicator, have a can-do attitude, and be adaptable to last-minute changes. They are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years' Team Assistant/PA and Office Management experience, strong IT skills, and a true team player.
