This is an opportunity to own end-to-end P2P operations - from procurement and contract oversight to vendor management, accounts payable, and customer refunds - in a role that combines day-to-day operational leadership with strategic transformation. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day running and future development of the Payments, Claims Finance and Customer Refunds teams - ensuring accuracy, control, and value for money across all procurement and payments activities.
