Outsourcing Governance Consultant
Location: Bristol, York, Norwich, or Sheffield based
Salary: circa £35,000
We’re looking for an Outsourcing Governance Consultant to join our dynamic Outsourcing and the wider Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within a risk and control environment and an understanding of Operational Controls. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team, who is part of larger Outsourcing Team of 58 colleagues across the UK.
Working as part of a pooled resource, you will work with the wider Supplier Relationship Management team and with our partners to positively impact customer outcomes, whilst improving the control environment.
A bit about the job:
The successful candidate will support Supplier Relationship Managers in ensuring compliance with the ORCM framework. They will review supplier testing reports, manage risk events, and oversee control issues to minimise customer harm. The role involves close collaboration with supplier teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely completion of ICARE issues and actions. Additionally, the candidate will present data to relevant committees and support requests for information from regulatory bodies. This position is crucial for maintaining a robust risk and control environment at Aviva.
