JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a Band 6 Outpatient Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Central London? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Job Title: Outpatient Pharmacist (Band 6)
Location: Central London
Duration: Ongoing contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 (30 min break)
Start Date: April/May 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £25-32 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
Join our client's team as an Outpatient Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital patients. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care to outpatient services
- Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications
- Offer clinical advice and guidance to healthcare teams
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Previous hospital outpatient pharmacy experience
- Experience using JAC system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration
This role offers a full-time locum position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
