As an Outlet Supervisor, you will support the overall Food & Beverage operations of the hotel to deliver and maintain guest satisfaction and business results. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction in your F&B venue, supervising the floor operations efficiently in accordance with the established F&B concept and hotel standards, ensuring that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the highest level of service and maximize profitability, and assigning responsibilities to team members while periodically checking their performance.
