Battlezone is an outdoor activity company based in North East, offering a wide variety of activities across several sites: Battlezone Durham DH7, Newcastle NE20, Yarm TS15, TopGear Karting DH1.

Outdoor Events Site Supervisor; Full time, 37.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days per week.

As a Venue Supervisor, you will be at the very centre of the customer and team experience, ensuring that our customers have the best experience of the activities we offer.

The role is varied, exciting, and challenging. Your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team on shift to ensuring the venues and equipment are a safe and fun environment for customers. You will be hands-on across all areas of Battlezone's venues: preparing equipment, basic site maintenance, supervising casual staff, organizing customer activities, and being responsible for cleanliness and transport of equipment. Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, venue supervisors are trained across all event activities we offer and in all areas of the venue to support the effective operation of the business.

You will support the Area Manager with back-of-house duties, as well as running an exceptional operation front of house. You will be responsible for delivering great activities: archery, paintball, laser tag, airsoft, quad bike riding, and more, while maintaining high professional and service standards.

To Be Successful You Should Have:

• Experience in outdoor activities & events (preferable but not essential).
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industries (preferable but not essential).
• Be passionate about customer service.
• Organized with planning skills.
• Confidence in inspiring and leading teams.
• Flexibility to work predominantly weekends, working 5 days out of 7 weekly.
• Have ambition for success.
