3 MONTH FTC - Possible Permanent Opportunity After

We're looking for a confident, friendly, and persistent telesales executive to join us on a 3-month contract. You'll be the first point of contact with potential retailers—reaching out, sparking interest, and booking demos for our sales team to convert. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys the buzz of outbound calls and wants to be part of an ambitious, fast-moving startup.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Outbound Calling: Making 60-80 calls per day to retailers in our target markets
  2. Lead Generation: Identifying and engaging with prospective retail partners
  3. Booking Demos: Securing 2+ product demos per week for our Business Development Manager
  4. Qualification: Asking the right questions to ensure the lead is a good fit
  5. CRM Management: Logging activities, notes, and lead outcomes in Pipedrive
  6. Building Rapport: Creating a strong first impression of Renticy and building interest
  7. Team Collaboration: Sharing feedback and insights with the wider commercial team
What We're Looking For
  1. A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys speaking to people
  2. Resilience and persistence—you're comfortable handling knockbacks
  3. Strong organisational skills and good time management
  4. Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation
  5. CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar) is a bonus, but not essential
  6. A positive, proactive mindset—able to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Knowledge of retail or SaaS helpful but not required
