Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and qualify new business opportunities across diverse industries.
  2. Customer Engagement - Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone, email, and social media to build strong relationships.
  3. Tailored Solutions - Understand client needs, propose customised solutions, and prepare compelling quotations.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management - Track and manage all opportunities effectively to ensure seamless follow-ups.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting - Provide detailed call reports to the Sales Manager for analysis and strategic planning.
  6. Customer Retention - Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate field visits with the external sales team.
  7. Cross-Department Liaison - Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  8. Maximise Opportunities - Follow the sales process to optimise revenue and business growth.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
  4. Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
  5. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  6. Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
