OT Systems Architect - Telemetry SCADA, Solution Design, OT

An OT Systems Architect is required for an initial 3-month contract with our industry leading client, based near Coventry. Please note this role will be onsite 2-3 days per week, therefore please only apply if you can commit.

Experience

• Demonstrable experience of defining and maintaining an OT solution design that covers processes, data, security, people and technology. Working with enterprise architecture, business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the right design is in place, is understood, evolved and followed to deliver high quality business outcomes that adhere to IT standards and strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Telemetry SCADA systems, PLC, RTU, and other OT components.
• Experience in architecting control system architecture in compliance with industrial standards such as ISA, IEC.
• Understanding of supervisory and control processes, preferably in energy and utilities sector.
• Experience with deploying OT and/or SCADA solutions in Operators of Essential Services (OES).
• Strong understanding of Linux based control systems, preferably with hands on experience.
• Exposure to industrial network protocols (such as Industrial Ethernet, DNP3, Modbus TCP/RTU).
• Experience in architecting OT and SCADA solutions that align to recognised industry regulations/standards for cyber security ie NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), Security of Network & Information Systems Regulations (NIS), IEC 62443, NIST SP800, ISO 27001, etc.
