Our service at Pakenham Springs is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engagement programs for our primary-age children. This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity offering 31.25 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am-9:00am & 2:45pm-6:30pm.
About the role
Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state-specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
