An exciting development opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Orthodontic department based at the Royal Gwent Hospital. The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills, be flexible to the needs of the service, and be committed to achieving high standards of work.
To provide essential support to the booking clerks in all areas of admin work in Orthodontics. The post holder must have a flexible approach to carry out duties needed to support the department to meet the needs of the service. Role includes, but is not limited to, handling telephone calls, folding letters, tracking, pulling and prepping of patient notes, scanning relevant patient documentation, prepping of clinics, and other duties required in accordance with Health Board policies and procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
