I am pleased to announce that I am looking for an Ornithologist to join a fantastic team in Derby! They are a well-established consultancy who work on a range of exciting projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a respected consultancy and work within the ecology team.

The role involves:

1. Supporting the ecology team with project delivery.
2. Working on a range of projects across a variety of sectors including windfarms, residential, and infrastructure.
3. Technical report writing and undertaking fieldwork.

Requirements:

1. Experience of undertaking breeding, wintering, and migratory bird surveys.
2. Ability in HRA, EIA, and associated technical skills.
3. A good understanding of wildlife legislation and the ability to prepare technical reports.
