Overall purpose of the role:

This is a varied and challenging role. As the Team Manager for Organisational Development, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the OD team, to deliver our People Strategy.

About you:

You will be passionate about Organisational Development, with a degree-level education and CIPD Level 5, or equivalent, with substantial post-qualification experience.

You will have in-depth knowledge and experience in Organisational Development across a large workforce.

Expertise in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, including legislation and best practice along with strong leadership skills are essential.
