Job description

A Organisational Development Partner to:

  1. Support the Director of OD to establish and embed the OD function
  2. Support the organisation through a transformation, including culture, capability and performance
  3. Partner with the wider business on organisational design, career development, performance development, EVP and workforce planning to improve overall capability
  4. Lead end to end design and implementation of different initiatives, programmes and frameworks
  5. Support the Director of OD in carrying out a full audit and diagnostic phase to create a roadmap
  6. A key priority will be to create a change in the overall culture and alter behaviour
  7. Re-build the performance management framework
  8. Re-design people practices
  9. Develop a people development framework
  10. Create cultural development initiatives
  11. Lead projects on leadership development, performance management, learning, talent, recognition, engagement, culture, and talent development
  12. Develop a recognition framework
  13. Review talent development: designing and implementing initiatives
  14. Other responsibilities to be discussed

A Organisational Development Partner with:

  1. Previous experience leading OD strategy and initiatives
  2. Not for profit experience desirable
  3. Previous experience working with the executive team
  4. Previous experience of delivering behavioural and cultural change
  5. Strong understanding of OD methodologies and previous project management experience

Charity based in London

Permanent Organisational Development Partner

£60-65,000 per annum

1-2 days a month in London - Hybrid Working
