Salary Range: £38,626 - £40,476 per annum (Successful applicants would normally be appointed on the bottom of the salary grade. Exceptions may apply)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced OD Partner to join our team, dedicated to enhancing how we support and develop our people. In this role, you’ll plan, develop, and implement key OD initiatives across the Service, driving high levels of employee engagement and building a high-performing, change-ready culture. You’ll work on themes such as values and behaviours, talent and performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, and workforce planning.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you’ll bring a strategic approach to OD, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our workforce and respond effectively to both local and national challenges. Your expertise will be central to promoting a holistic people, processes, and systems approach that supports leadership development and cultural transformation across our organisation.

There will be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.
The normal working week is 37 hours; however, you may occasionally need to work beyond normal office hours.
