The OD Facilitator role supports the provision of specialist OD advice and guidance to leaders and managers across the Trust to embed OD approaches and support improvements to staff experience, retention, and culture.
The role will support Trust staff to develop the skills they require to be effective and compassionate leaders through the design, delivery, and evaluation of Organisational Development interventions, including the delivery and facilitation of coaching and training sessions. Working closely with our HR Business Partner team, the role will provide service improvement and change management support to specific projects where specialist knowledge is required, mentoring staff to grow their skills and capability to lead interventions in the future.
