Alongside this, you will also have interaction with our colleagues in HQ in China.

Your Responsibilities:

  8. Check the possibility of rework using SAP.
  9. Check availability of local stocks for internal stock transfers using the SAP system.
  10. Create and email software keys using a restricted Mindray website.
  11. Contact with forwarders such as TNT, Cargo Partner, Rhenus and BF Logistics whenever there are issues with deliveries.
  12. Continuous liaison with our third-party logistics business to ensure timely deliveries and understand and overcome challenges with orders.
  13. Ongoing interaction with UK Customer Service to provide accurate ETA information for them to share with our customers.
  14. Support our warehouse team with the day-to-day SAP and TNT issues.

What are we looking for in you?

  3. Preferably solid experience of SAP, familiarized with office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), however we are happy to train; the right character is more important.
  4. Ability to drive customer satisfaction.
  5. Excellent sense of adaptation to a fast-growing environment confronting exciting challenges.
  6. Innovative, finding solutions to complex challenges as well as exceptional capability of stress management.
  7. Good sense of efficiency and priority task management.
  8. Fluent in English.
