Oracle HCM/Fusion Consultant - Change Lead - Hybrid Role

One of Adecco's Public Sector clients is currently searching for an Oracle Change Lead on a permanent basis.

Please see the responsibilities below:

1. Assist the PM with managing Forward Schedule of Change.
2. Assist in managing the planning, testing, and implementation of change requests.
3. Manage the change process.
4. Work with the PM to identify changes from the business.
5. Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security practices, guidelines, and standards.
6. Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, partners, vendors, and customers in support of business strategies and goals.
7. Collaboration: Work with the wider Organisation to drive innovation with our BPSS processes and systems.
8. Maintenance of BPSS Risk Record including updating CNC Risk Register.
9. Maintenance of BPSS documentation in conjunction with DM & PM, to ensure it is reviewed and updated when necessary.
10. Facilitation of monthly BPSS Management Board, Functional Lead Committee, and Change Advisory Board meetings.
11. Provide administrative support to wider Finance and Business Systems Support & Development Teams.
12. Oversight of change control and service development. Work with business stakeholder engagement to analyze business challenges and change requests, to implement system upgrades.
13. Work with Oracle and the business on potential enhancements and roadmap items.
14. Consider potential communication that is needed when change occurs.
15. Work with other Business Projects that may impact BPSS.
