Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Project advisor (Part time)
This is a part time opportunity working 40-50% of the time. This needs to be factored in. Full time is not possible
Location:Candidate must be living in the UK
Contract Duration:12 months
Travel Requirements:No travel required
Role Overview:
The Oracle HCM advisor will work with my customer on their journey implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
The system integrator will be responsible for leading the configuration and management of Oracle HCM, with a focus on the Core HR, Journeys, and Absence modules. This position itself does not need someone who will be hands on, however, the person should have experience on an e2e Oracle HCM implementation as a functional consultant or business/project analyst.
The role requires expertise in handling change requests and close collaboration with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. Candidates with prior experience in these areas are highly sought after for this position.
