Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Product Specialist/Manager to support the successful delivery of our Finance Transformation Programme. This contract role will be instrumental in the lead-up to our go-live on July 1st, and in ensuring a smooth transition into Business as Usual (BAU) operations.

The role sits within the Product Lines team and will work closely with both technology and finance stakeholders to ensure that the new finance system meets business needs and is effectively embedded across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a product lead for the Oracle Fusion finance system implementation
  2. Drive progress across workstreams to ensure readiness for go-live
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and prioritise enhancements
  4. Provide strategic input into how the system is adopted and optimised post go-live
  5. Support the transition of the system into BAU, working closely with the internal product team
Essential Experience & Skills:
  1. Strong product mindset, with a focus on value delivery and continuous improvement
  2. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (essential)
  3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  4. Proven ability to take ownership and move work forward independently
  5. Background in product management, delivery management, or application support with strategic exposure
  6. Not suitable for project managers
