Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant / HCM Functional Consultant

We are looking for a HCM Functional Consultant to work within the public sector.

Location: Hybrid working - London / Croydon / Nottingham

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven HCM Functional Consulting background, with the following skills/experience:

1. Experience of running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and Legacy systems.
2. Understanding of HCM functional processes.
3. Experienced in key end-to-end business processes including Recruit to Retire, i.e., Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Retention/Talent Management, Offboarding, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Administration (Time and Attendance, Absence Management).
4. Experience of implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow.
5. ITSM toolset experience.
6. Implementation of Oracle Redwood (Desirable).
7. Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Professional (Desirable).
