Oracle functional Workforce Compensation consultant

I am currently looking for an Oracle Functional Workforce Compensation Consultant to join my client on a 3 month contract.

This will be fully remote paying up to £500 per day.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and develop cost effective systems and solutions.
• Develop and supervise system documents related to the changes and enhancements done to the process and system.
• Analyse and determine process problems, resolve them and prepare technical specifications.
• Provide guidance to business and technology teams and suggest process changes to improve efficiency.
• Provide support for activities related to data conversion and resolve any issues occurring.

Experience with Oracle Workforce Compensation is essential.
