Job description

Inspired Selections are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join this high-end independent practice, with the ability to work across two locations: 3 days in Eastbourne and 2 days in Haywards Heath. This is a full-time position, with some flexibility to consider a Monday to Friday schedule or alternative Saturday shifts. Salary up to £60,000+ bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including pre-screening when necessary.
2. Provide clinical care with a strong commercial awareness.
3. Assist front-of-house staff during busy periods to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications:

1. Open to newly qualified Optometrists or those with up to 3 years of experience.
2. Proficient in conducting 40-minute eye tests using a phoropter and maintaining computer-based records.
3. Experience with OCT is required.

Benefits:

1. Competitive salary range of £50,000- £60,000- adjusted based on experience.
2. 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
3. Monthly bonus of 10% on second pair sales, shared between you and front-of-house staff.

5. A relocation budget of up to £3k, paid in equal instalments over the first year if relocation is necessary. Please note that this will not be fully paid if you leave within the first year.
