As the Operations Support Coordinator you will provide support to the Team Leaders, administrators, fellow co-ordinators and the BPS Operations manager in driving operational customer service delivery to ensure an excellent customer journey.
You will provide key business support and administration of the operational functions within the BPS division. This includes Quality Assurance, certification, training, licensing and membership, communications, and where appropriate prioritising and allocating tasks to other team members.
*The position will be a hybrid of remote (home) and in office work (based at our BRE Science Park in Watford). Minimum requirement: 2 days a week at BRE Science Park and when required.*
Your role at BRE
Within this busy and varied role, you will triage our customer and colleague queries, answering them when you can and passing them onto the appropriate person or team when you can’t. The support that you will provide to other teams within the business, including technical auditors and consultants, will enable them to conduct their work efficiently and effectively. You will process various types of applications from our scheme-member customers, supporting them through the process and ensuring our accredited procedures are adhered to.
Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working individual, who can remain calm under pressure.
You will need to be a fast learner, with a positive attitude towards using new systems and work methods and play a key part in delivering our financial and service commitments. In return, we’ll give you plenty of support as you develop an understanding of our business and tools, with a team of friendly and capable colleagues always on hand to assist if and when you need them.
