The Role

As an Operations Specialist, you'll handle payments, customer queries, and reconciliation, ensuring smooth fund transfers. You'll monitor transactions and assess customer credit limits. You'll collaborate across teams, optimize processes, and contribute to company-wide projects to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Process and reconcile payments to settle outstanding debts, ensuring smooth and accurate fund transfers.
2. Customer Support: Handle customer queries via email or phone, resolving payment-related issues efficiently.
3. Transaction Monitoring: Track transactions, assess customer credit limits, and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools to analyse financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
5. Process Automation & Optimisation: Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in operations.

Requirements

1. Fast Learner & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, quickly picks up new concepts, and adapts to changing priorities.
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools to interpret and manage financial data.
3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing transactions, spotting discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in payments and risk assessments.
4. Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactively identifies and resolves issues, thinking critically to improve processes and mitigate risks.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations.
