Are you a manager looking to join a leading company, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of their services department and be responsible for a team of operatives across the UK?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, where you will enjoy a varied and challenging role that will see you work directly with the director team.

The company is a leading UK business, working with a range of clients across the country in healthcare, cleaning, commercial offices, and manufacturing. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add an operations/services manager to their team.

In this role, you will oversee operations for the company's service teams across the UK, looking at overall strategy, improving quality of work, and working to improve efficiency across the division. You will have 6 direct reports and will be expected to visit some customer sites.
