I am currently recruiting for a leading specialist render contractor focused on delivering high-quality external finishes and fire remediation projects under the BSR. They are looking to hire an Operations / Project Manager to take charge of their operations division and manage multiple projects across London.

The Role:

As Operations / Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of fire remediation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing teams, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring compliance with fire remediation regulations.

Key Requirements:

Experience with external render systems - essential
Experience in fire remediation projects
Strong understanding of BSA/BSR regulations
Proven management and leadership skills
A proactive, forward-thinking problem solver
Ability to manage multiple projects and supervise teams
Programme management experience
Experience with Procore (desirable but not essential)
