Role:

1. The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within operations.
2. In the role of Operations Project Manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
3. As Operations Project Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Maintenance and Quality departments with direct line management for the teams.
4. Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
5. Develop project plans including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
6. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
8. Monitor project progress and make adjustments where necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Experience Requirements:

1. Degree Qualification in Engineering or Operations Management or Business Administration or related experience.
2. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
3. Project Management Qualification an advantage.
4. MUST HAVE technical knowledge and experience within plastic extrusion.
5. Knowledge of industry specific regulations and standards.
6. Project Management experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment.
7. Lamination technical knowledge an advantage.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong organisational and time management skills.
11. Excellent attention to detail.
