Both behind the scenes within the warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience, which means we now have an opportunity for a Planning Manager - Sales & Capacity Operations Planning to join the team.
As the Planning Manager - Sales & Capacity Operations Planning, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day planning, forecasting, and optimisation of sales and delivery capacity across our logistics network. You will ensure that our capacity planning strategies align with customer demand, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will drive continuous improvement in planning processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making to enable smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
